PahalGiri is a premium cosmetic skin care brand, founded and owned by Neetu Swami. We own every product formula, and formulation is carried out under our direct supervision at our manufacturing partner's dedicated formulation laboratory; manufacturing is carried out by that same licensed third-party manufacturer, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or netbanking details — these are handled directly by our payment gateway partners (see Section 4).
All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners, Razorpay and PayU. Your card/UPI/banking details are collected and processed directly by these gateways under their own privacy and security policies — PahalGiri does not receive or store your full payment credentials. To deliver your order, we share your name, delivery address, and phone number with our shipping partner, Shiprocket, and its affiliated courier networks, solely for fulfilling and tracking your delivery. Full delivery details are in our Shipping Policy.
Our registered office at Agra, Uttar Pradesh serves as our administrative office and warehouse.
