PahalGiri is a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand — we design, formulate, and market our products, and sell them directly to you without intermediary retailers.

We do not own, operate, or authorize any domain name other than pahalgiri.com and pahalgiri.in. No other website, app, marketplace, or offline store — regardless of how similar its name, branding, or domain may appear — is authorized to sell, represent, or claim affiliation with PahalGiri products. We have not appointed any distributor, reseller, or franchise.
If you purchase a product claiming to be PahalGiri from any unauthorized source, we cannot verify its authenticity, safety, or condition, and PahalGiri Enterprises accepts no responsibility for such products. If you are unsure whether a seller, website, or domain is genuinely ours, please verify with us directly via WhatsApp or Email before purchasing.
Our products are formulated for use by all genders and are suitable for every age group above 18 years. Our products and Website are intended for use by individuals aged 18 years or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
PahalGiri Enterprises owns every product formula and is responsible for its branding, marketing, and quality standards. The formulation of our products is carried out under our direct supervision, at the dedicated formulation laboratory of our manufacturing partner. Manufacturing is carried out by this same licensed, certified third-party manufacturer, engaged under a formal manufacturing agreement.
Our manufacturing partner holds the applicable cosmetic manufacturing licenses and certifications required under Indian law, and is contractually responsible to PahalGiri for manufacturing-stage quality, including matters such as formulation consistency, packaging integrity, and compliance with applicable cosmetic manufacturing standards.
Our products are intended for external cosmetic use only. Please see our Disclaimer for full product-safety information, including patch-test guidance and how natural formulations may vary over time. If you receive a product that appears damaged, contaminated, or defective at the time of delivery, please refer to Section 10 below and our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
Orders are shipped via our logistics partner, Shiprocket, and its courier network. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or Email. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Full terms for returns and refunds — including eligibility, the reporting window, and required proof — are set out in our separate Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
If you have a concern about the quality, condition, or safety of a product you received, PahalGiri Enterprises is your primary point of contact — you do not need to approach our manufacturing partner directly.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy available to you as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other applicable Indian law, including product liability provisions under Chapter VI of that Act. Where any clause in these Terms conflicts with a statutory right that cannot be excluded by agreement, the statutory right prevails.

Our products are manufactured by UPP Cosmetic Division (Uttam Print Pack), B-161, DDA Sheds, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-1, New Delhi – 110020, under cosmetic manufacturing licence S(0486)/20/CM. Our registered address — 18, Bank Colony, Shaheed Nagar, Agra, Uttar Pradesh — 282001 — is an administrative office and warehouse only. We do not operate a physical showroom or retail store, and this address is not open for customer visits, walk-in purchases, or in-person returns. All orders, payments, and support are handled online via our Website, Amazon storefront, WhatsApp, and Email.
All content on this Website — including the PahalGiri name, logo, product formulations, packaging design, photographs, and written content — is the property of PahalGiri Enterprises and protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PahalGiri Enterprises shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your non-excludable rights as a consumer (including the right to approach consumer fora with jurisdiction over your own residence or place of transaction, as provided under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019), any other disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
